"I brought my child for a psycho educational eval. We were interviewed by a psychologist who is not able to engage with a child. When she walked out to meet us she didn’t introduce herself or engage in a friendly way. She simply looked at us and said my child’s name. They hire testers, not psychologists to test your child. They do not meet with parents to review results of the testing. I wish I knew all of this up front. I’m not trying to be rude but I think parents should know what the process is up front."

"I have had the worst experience with Brennan’s billing. I had my son evaluated here. We were in the office a total of 3 times for the different parts to the evaluation. They billed my insurance a total of 7 times in which there were 5 separate claims. They take your cc to keep on file and bill you all at once. so i was charged for 5 co-pays when we only actually had 3 apts. i have tried to resolve this multiple times with the insurance company and Natasha (Brennans billing rep) even getting them all on a conference call. the insurance company states Brennan billed incorrectly and needs to rebill. Natasha was not accommodating nor friendly. the last time I had a conference call with the insurance company and Natasha she put us on hold for 30 mins and never came back on the line. Do yourself a favor and find another therapist office or you will overpay or go crazy trying to resolve billing issues."

"Not understanding the bad reviews, because when I went in May 2021 to get tested for ADHD and other conditions, they were very friendly, straight to the point, and prompt with their appointment times. It doesn’t matter where you go, there’s never an immediately available time slot to go in. They’re right on par with every other therapist/psychologist group when it comes to appointment availability. I was recommended by my psychiatrist to go here and don’t regret it one bit, Dr. Brennan and all of the other staff were super nice too! I had to cut my first testing short because of work and they were able to take me in the next day and I found it really convenient and easy to go through. Would recommend to others and would come here again if ever needed."

"Dr Brennan has been an amazing asset to our family. Both of my children have had needs that she has helped us with but even more recently, Dr. Brennan has taken the time to specifically help us with an unexpected issue that we we're forced to deal with, but thanks to Dr. Brennan, we were not forced to face it alone. She has helped to calm our fears and to overcome so much. We would not be where we are today if it weren't for Dr. Brennan. She truly Is the best!"

"I'm very happy I found Dr. Brennan for my son. I've been going to her 2 years now. We were originally referred to Children's Hospital. By month 4 of waiting to hear back from them I searched for someone else, which was Dr. Brennan's office. I was able to see her in just over 3 weeks. Extremely reasonable time considering everything that's going on. (2 months after the initial visit with Dr. Brennan I finally heard back from Children's!) She was very helpful with my son and very open to questions. I recommend her for children's behavioral issues; She has helped my son and is still helping him!"
