My client was scheduled for a appointment this company canceled 1 hour prior to arrival saying…” their driver didn’t want to drive him to his doctors appointment.” This is his first appointment ever with this company. “ What a excuse to give someone who couldn’t find someone at the last minute for a ride. Not to mention that he’s on a fixed income and the taxi service wait was 1 hour or more. Uber charge was $35.00 round trip , the wait with a car 25 minutes. Come on people have some respect for the individuals that depend upon your company to get them to there health providers."
