"Mailbox Express website said notary there till 5 and when I went at 4:30 the young man informed me I was wrong and when I showed them so they could keep other people from coming since the notarial service is only till noon I was told to leave. I used to use this service several times a year and my wife was going to come mail some package but never again would recommend going to Elmwood notary and dropping packages at FedEx and UPS directly."
