"This is my first year as a 6th Grade Mom. So far it has been pretty good & every question I asked has been throughly answered about the school & the District."
"If you're needing information, do not contact this office!! They'll be so rude to you like it's above their pay grade to answer any questions you might have!! I've never had someone be so rude to me!! Starting to rethink putting my kids in this district if ppl are so snoody here!"
"Don't want to deal with issues on there school district so they don't return calls and refuse to see you."
"The school is great, the administration is legitimately terrible. The idea that students exemptions are based on attendance, especially the horrid policy put in place on October 11th 2021 are malarkey. It's MIND BOGGLING that they can't make exemptions based on grades like EVERY OTHER district. After playing at an away game that took our charter busses 3.5 hours to and from, I got home at approximately 12:30, Woke up lateish and on my rush to school came across a road block that made me late to school, so I just went home. Bs exemptions policy. If I still would've been exempt today I would've just gone to school. I do a lot for this school and it gives me the opportunity to do that. Such great teachers (bad ones too), it's a shame it's brought down by such poor, uninsightful, careless, greedy, unintelligible administration. Kids were coming to school sick in 2020 and 2021 out of fear of not being exempt because of the exemptions policy. The admin don't care about your kids SAFETY. Kids were missing funerals and family events, the admin don't care about your kids MENTAL WELLBEING. The school does this for it's attendance which ties into how much MONEY they make. If they spend half of what they did on fixing their old buildings and adding a few blocks instead of building an entire new highschool literally right next to the old one our quality of life would be better and the taxes would be lower. Fire the admin and hire new ones too, do that with our money. I'll forever hate this schools admin. -3x all state band member -A/B student -all master STAAR test taker(your welcome for that money too)"
"They are counting attendance for finals in the middle of a pandemic. So come to school if you are sick because they don’t care."
