"Travis is like a brother to me. We went visit him for the holidays and brought him a Saints jacket. Allegedly there's a lot of thefts going on from the patients while they are asleep or out of their room. Please be kind and get cameras for residents and their belongings. Family and friends leaving sentimental things for residents not to be stolen."
"My cousin is in the nursing home there been there a while but today took the cake my cousin tablet been missing a week and I filed a complaint and the employee MONIQUE White the worker took it upon her self to to approach me for conflict after my cousin said she is the last one ti have the tablet spent"
"Staff at this place is so lazy and very unprofessional people. If I could leave no stars I would. They don’t deserve even 1 star. They don’t care about the residents at all. All they care is about getting a paycheck and not doing their job. Ridiculous!"
"Place is moving in the right direction with the right TEAM now! Kudos to Shakeila. You are so great & really love the residents. With your expertise will surely be a 5 star."
"My dad was there for respite care for 5 days and on day 2 they decided that according to a policy there, they couldn't give his 1 medication for bipolar. Decisions were made to stop medication without discussing or informing us. When our hospice company called they were told DON was unavailable and would call back. When I called, it was basically told to me I had no say, citing "federal law". Even asked if they would page MD who made the decision that took away our informed consent in a non emergent situation. Administraion left for the day with issue unresolved. When I arrived later, stating if they wouldn't give medication then I was taking him home, suddenly night crew was willing to call MD to approve administration of medication. Then when he was discharged, lady I spoke to on phone stated his psych med and antibiotic which was started per hospice were packed. Of course when he arrived home, no antibiotic. No one in my family will ever be a patient there again for respite care or otherwise."
