"Everyone here has been impatient and rude and smart-mouthing. I come here multiple times a week and can never get anyone to be polite. The only polite employee is the Indian(Middle East?, I don’t know her nationality) girl. She’s never rude like every other employee."

"Had such a problem with the lady in front, I had already prepared my dog for his flight made sure I got all the right paper work and the kennel I had that flew with him over to LA and she tells me it’s not the right size, and only measured him next to the kennel and I suggested that maybe to put him inside because he fits and there’s room, she then proceeds to make excuses “oh he still a puppy” (which I’m assuming to say he’s been growing but can’t fit) and I said no he’s 1yrs and she tells me “oh when exactly did he turn 1?” he had stop growing and he’s been with this kennel since 3 months ago. If that’s the case I wouldn’t have been able to fly him from HI. The minute I had him in the kennel she sure went quiet but gave a nasty attitude. She told me to take my dog harnesses off and take his toy out, I have never heard of that before, the harness is for extra security and the toy is for comfort which I never had a problem with employees of American Airlines/Delta or policies. As for the acclimation letter, she told me it had to be on the form that AA has and I only had the signed letter from the vet which qualifies btw and she kept telling me no and I did not appreciate that if she was saying things were wrong she just stood there quiet with no help or suggestions on what their customers can do in a timely matter. Customers are already stressed out and had to come 3 hours before flight time and make sure their fur babies are in good hands and the fact that someone is horrible and feel like we are an inconvenience should not work or be there. So far the male workers are really sweet when I came in, it’s just that lady in the front that had a problem."

"Very poor customer service! Rude employees, got the sense that these employees hate their job and definitely conveyed it to the customers. When I walked in 35 minutes after they opened the girl was sleeping on the desk. And to top it all I was overcharged. Never again!"
