"Well basically if you do not call the office at 8:30am and scheduled your ride will not have a ride for the next day. They always tell you they will come at one time but really you might wait 30 mins before they come. Its really ridiculous. This is not a legit bus service and the lady in the office gets mad if you cancel if you have a long wait. They only good thing i can is the drivers are nice but the people in the office is another story..."
