"Why is a 24 hour gym closed at 8pm? I'm paying a full membership price, but the 24 hour gym closes every day. Ridiculous."

"I enjoy working out here for the most part, bathrooms are clean, gym is clean. I’ve been a member since 2021. But what I do dislike is that it never returned to 24 hours after the pandemic, and also the fact that the 30 minute circuit workout area is never monitored correctly by staff. This is so frustrating!! People literally sit on one machine for 20 minutes while the light changes from green to red sometimes and never do the circuit correctly from start to finish. This always ruins my 30 minute workout that I’d like to just get done in 30 minutes!! I have voiced these concerns often and I always get told the staff will monitor better but never do or never say anything at all. I feel like maybe the 30 minute workout circuit needs to be explained better in detail at a new membership sign up or something."

"This gym has just gone downhill since the pandemic. The hours are still limited. People are always waiting outside in morning for them to open. It’s ridiculous. Whoever “owns” this location really needs to step up! Edit* Ever since they added the new equipment things have gotten so much better. Management, employees, cleanliness! Complete 360! I’d give 5 stars if they’d go back to 24 hours."
