"For a mental health center, I was disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Our family is not familiar with health insurance & got a new provider through work. We were unsure who we had exactly and only knew that their office was on the list as in-network provider, the receptionist was very dismissive and didn't to work with us to find a solution or to see if they would take our exact insurance after we even offered to provide a copy of our plan & ID card for confirmation. We had no problem being on a waitlist to be seen as well. Extremely disappointed as they came highly recommended."
