"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lambert for my son and the earliest I could get in to see him was 3 months away. Not a deal breaker, must mean he is really good. I took off work the day of the appointment and received 2 confirmation calls from his office prior. We show up at the appointment, in taking nurse starts putting together paperwork, gets my insurance cards, etc. another nurse tells her that Dr. Lambert says he is not seeing new patients today. She looked as frustrated as I was at that point. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. That would be a hard NO! Any medical professional who has such a blatant disregard for his patients is not someone I want my child to see. Very frustrating!"
"My niece had an appt and she was 11 minutes late so they cancelled her appt at 10 minutes late which is as she was walking in the door and told her she had to reschedule her appt. My niece has been through more in 2 years than most of us in a lifetime ( losing her 14 yr old step brother, losing her house to a fire and losing her step dad) so she should have at least been an except to the rule as she was given an appt because she has suicidal thoughts. It took her over 1 month if not 2 months to get the appt. I feel that they do not think this child's life matters as she is in need of counseling ASAP. Please keep this in mind when you make an appt!!"
