"Do not book a load with Blythe Demouchet. We had a load booked for a Friday pick up. 3 hours before cut off we informed FLS of a potential 5pm Friday issue. Rather than working with us Blythe just pulls us off the load and asked when we can be there after removing us. Once Blythe took us off the load, we reached out to a customer and was able to secure a last minute pick up so our truck wasn't stranded for the weekend. Blythe then informs us they will never book with us again. Embarrassing display of unprofessional behavior and this is the level of service you can expect when working with this broker. Absolutely sad. Edit: I have reached out to Scott Transportation CEO John Leach regarding the situation and will update review again with outcome."
