"This place may be open til 7pm but they don't tell you the last drop off is 4pm. No customer counter at all. No sign to tell you when the latest pickup time. Just drop your package on a cart and pray it gets where its going. Had I known I missed the pickup I would have driven down the street to the UPS store. Cost me and extra $200 in equipment rental fees because it wasn't returned on time."

"I'm so sick and tired of this location always delivering our packages several streets away! Yet again today I have one that says relieved 10am this morning and haven't been able to find the random house they left it at yet. This is nonsense! Update y'all dang maps! We've lived here for 10 freakin years! Put the road on your map! We shouldn't have to be out packages and the cost of the packages because y'all haven't been able to find our house in 10 years!"

"Today I received a package from JC Penney which I paid 8.95 shipping on and it was dropped inside my gate on a cloudy overcast day even though I have a covered front porch which is usually where the packages are left and despite the fact that at the time it was cloudy and overcast. That is just not acceptable service! Definitely must not have been the guy who usually runs the route, he always puts stuff on the porch. So usually do the 2 other men who have occasionally taken his place. This new guy needs to get better at the service."
