"Reached out to Paige 14 April inquiring about swim lessons for my two daughters. She gave directions for paperwork and for the initial booking payment. 18 April I emailed her the documents required for scheduling, and mailed an $80 check for reservation. She acknowledged receipt and informed me she had an emergency situation that would require her time, so giving her the benefit of the doubt on "delayed booking". Well April and May passed and my family and I got busy and I didn't reach out, feeling Paige would either book us or not due to her unforeseen medical issue. I also assumed if she didn't book my children for lessons, then she wouldn't charge me a booking fee. WRONG! Being active duty Military my family and I had some summer leave and left for July. Came back and had forgotten about the "lessons". Come August 1st, Paige cashes the $80 check and NEVER emailed, or called to schedule or book anything. I notice withdrawl and call. Very respectfully I ask if she cashed the check and that we were never offered a scheduled date and no services were offered or rendered. Paige becomes very rude and says I never provided her with any information other than a check for $80. That is a lie and plain wrong. All documents were emailed in April and she also had my number. Furthermore, all my information is on the check. I would at least expect an offer for lessons or a willingness to refund the check, but no she hung up on me while I asked these simple questions and she said, "well provide me your address" and hung up. As maybe she would refund. That again was a lie. The address is already on the paperwork I emailed in april and on the check she cashed. If you are like me and a Active Duty Soldier from Ft. Johnson (Polk) then do yourself a favor and avoid this womans buisiness. Use the on post instructors at the 50m pool for $15 a private session for your children. I was very respectful to this woman even when inquiring about how to possibly rectify this situation and all I received was attitude and her ignoring a message and phone call. Thanks for taking my money for no booking or services provided."
