Gracie United - Team Jucao Many is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu institution located at 890 Hwy 171 Byp, Many, Louisiana, United States. Our focus is on promoting the concept that anyone, regardless of size or strength, can defend themselves effectively using leverage and proper technique. Our classes teach joint-locks and chokes to overcome opponents, making BJJ the most effective self defense martial art in the world. We welcome students of all ages and genders, offering both gi and nogi classes. Gi classes follow the traditional form of the art, while nogi classes are practiced without a gi or kimono.
