"I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. Julie was not helpful in our attempt at getting refunds on several aspects of a trip we had to cancel. She charged us $150 twice as additional charges for booking our trip that in total cost was over $45,000. One charge was $150 for booking airline tickets, yet she did not notice that we were overcharged $371 on seat charges. She did not understand or explain options on our travel insurance, and even refused to book me a room when I found an avenue to get a refund on most of the travel insurance. Maybe knowing she would lose the commission? I could go on with much more, but suffice to say, WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER!!"
