"HORRIBLLE! I have been waiting on my kitchen cabinets to be delivered for weeks. They schedule a delivery and then they cancel at the last minute. The first time I was told my delivery didn't show up because they were having mechanical issues with their truck. The last two times in a row they scheduled a delivery and didn't show up... and didn't even bother to call me to say my order was not going to be delivered. They have scheduled and cancelled on me 4 times in a row! We work, so we take the time off to go to wait for the delivery in person. Andrew who answers the phone is completely uninterested, unfriendly and unhelpful. And whoever Karen is.... she is always "on the other line" talking to another customer and NEVER returns a phone call. Right now, because it's extremely hard to get any answers from this company, I have no idea where my kitchen cabinets are. They could be lost, damaged, stolen, on fire... I have no idea when, if at all, they will be delivered. They cannot currently locate them in their "warehouse" and they could absolutely care less! Dismal customer service, poor communication and completely unsympathetic. Will never recommend, ever!!!"
