"Would not even give it 1 star but I had to select one to proceed!!! I paid for pictures, last school year, and still haven't received them. The website is a joke. The chat is a joke. No number to call to speak to a person. Now the school is having pictures this week and I don't feel safe ordering pictures because they might charge my card again and I receive no pictures. Beyond frustrated!!"

"Their pictures are good their quality is good I do have a problem with just being able to buy load a download only it was cheaper it was easier and now you guys are having problems with just getting the downloads to people on top of metal in the package that you force them to get I'm just saying for single parents this is not cool that you guys took away the cheapest route this year on top of that you guys exiled Pre-K because they weren't a part of the school but turned around and let them take retakes that's showing our Pre-K kids that they don't matter as much as all the other kids that's not fair"

"Place a order for 2 Packages for 2 diffrent children. When They delivered them to the school they only sent 1 child pictures then sent a card showing how to purchase photos for the other like I hadn't already purchased a package. They websites says they are available till 8 pm EST called and no ever answered the phone. Called the next morning and had to wait & have someone call back a hour later. Then she wants to argue with me about the order numbers being for the same child but clearly on my account it's has 2 diffrent order numbers and 2 diffrent kids name. Horrible Customer service !"

"I didn't get what I ordered and nobody ever answers the phones. When they came back to my child's school I talk to one of the photographers and they said they'd take care of but here it is 2 months later and nothing"
