"It’s great to know that if something should break, the landlord will not fix it. They are very unreliable and I really wish at this point that I never moved here. I highly advise future tenants to not move here."
"I tried several days to speak with a local person to rent a spot for my 2023 motorhome. The only phone number available is who they claim to be a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. However, all they can do is take the call and forward our info to the LOCAL PERSON (I do not believe there is actually a local anyone) to wait for a call back for details regarding a rental space. Four calls and messages forwarded, no call back. Keep those spaces empty, Y'all! Best wishes!"
"I lived here for a few months, a year ago. I can really complain about living there itself. It was quiet, not many complaints. Management was all over the place, got different answers from different people. Someone from the park suddenly called me stating I was paying the wrong amount (that I had been paying for about 8 months) and the rent was going up so I decided to move out. I gave them the proper 30 day notice. I was advised I would get my security deposit that I paid during move in back by check in the mail. About 6 month after moving out I called to ask about it being I still have yet to receive anything and was told they would give me a call back after talking to the property manager. Here we are about a year later and i still have yet to hear anything back or receive my security deposit back. We left the property in better condition than we found it (the water spigot was broken during move in and we paid out of pocket to fix it) **edit: finally received my security deposit in the mail, looks like the address was written incorrectly on the envelope so it was not delivered and they didn’t bother to try and confirm the address after being returned!"
"Someone from the there needs to address this issue we were working at the tower right across from here and trying to work safe and secure but how are we supposed to do that when we have a childish person pointing a laser at us right in the face it’s very unsafe due to us being all the way on top of the tower they need to address this due to people coming to work on the tower and can’t work properly with laser in our faces"
"Park stays pretty clean. No flooding from Harvey!"
