"I've been dealing with Saia for over 10 weeks on parts that were delivered damaged. They were prompt on sending a 3rd party adjuster to assess the damage in order to settle the claim but have since denied twice. The adjuster agreed the damage occurred during transport but Saia is not being reasonable. I suggest using another carrier that has a more reputable stance on damage freight!"
