"The Historic Upstairs Lounge is not a business but an historical marker commemorating the 32 people who died in a fire in 1973. All that remains is a replacement doorway and a large bronze plaque on the sidewalk. The tragic fire burned the staircase, trapping many inside. It is largely thought arson was the cause but no arrests were made and at least three of the bodies remain unidentified till this day."
