"Work experience is horrible, they treat the workers like they are nothing and they are very selective with certain residents they actually take care of… Pay rate stays the same for years, they never let you call in and if they do they get mad and start to become petty by taking you off the schedule . Very poor hygiene when it comes to the food establishment. Beds have been there for years and they could be using money that they say to have to fix things in the facility or pay more for the hard work environment we maintain as Cnas. Sometimes we have to work very short and that’s a variety of 50-100 residents , and we don’t get rewarded for the workload we put on. They buy us food when a lot of people start to complain about certain things or to make us feel “appreciated” like that’s something to look forward to. Overall I wouldn’t recommend working at a facility like it. Everything would be good if the management would get it together."

"I have had several family members there and still do have a Grandmother there. She is always happy, well groomed and cared for, and complimentary of the staff. They go above and beyond to entertain and do special activities for the residents and families to enjoy (even through COVID). It’s a top notch facility."

"This is a poor place to have your family. From what I have witnessed the rooms are half cleaned. The certified nursing assistants are never around to help. Most of them you can find hiding in residents rooms on there phones or hiding in the bath houses. Most of management is childish and will try to make you quit if they don't like something about you. They will say one thing to save face and turn around and do the opposite. Residents are stuck in there rooms to watch TV The ones that do walk around go from door to door begging and crying to get out. All the photos they have are staged. They spend so much on unessisary props to make it look good when they could use that money to make the resident happy. I've seen so many bed ridden resident lay in there bed all day long and the only time they talk to them is to change there dipers and half the time they don't even do that. They don't change there clothes regularly. I've had resident tell me they feel like there in jail. All of the food they serve is horrible for them it's all processed. And most the residents are diabetic. I honestly don't understand why some of the people work there when they don't have the heart to care for them. All the resident are is money to the director instead of fixing the problems they have they put bandaid on the problems so they can make room for more residents. If you want your family to stay there maybe you should get a part time job there and see how the resident are treated first. The tours they give are staged none of it is true."
