"Never actually got to make it to an appointment. Whoever schedules appointments is very rude and bad at their job. I have scheduled for the end of the month, they emailed me and offered me an appointment a week earlier and I accepted it and then immediately emailed back and said that I didnt realize it was on a Monday and wouldn't be able to do that, to please keep my original appointment instead. Instead they dont, they claim they never got this message and call wanting to know why I wasn't there . Then I have to cancel my actual appointment because I'm a full time college student with 3 kids. When I do cancel they get very rude asking why I've cancelled twice (which wouldn't have been twice if they were doing their job). I explain the situation and apologize, I am just a really busy person. They get angry and say I'm a bad person because I've kept other people from their possible appointments?!? I mean if you cant feel comfortable cancelling an appointment when you can't make it, then would you really want to go to this office to tell all your biggest problems to?"
