"I have been a loyal Diamond Medallion member and Delta clearly does not value my business or me as a customer. They continue to forget my meals on flights. This is my 3rd flight in a row where the food was left off. The response from the Delta supervisors was illogical as they informed me that since they continue to make the same mistake, they cannot further compensate me. They are basically punishing me for their continued mistakes. I will be moving both my Delta business credit cards as well as my personal cards to an airlines that values their customers. I have also spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue unsuccessfully. I have done everything Delta has asked and they continue to repeat the same mistake."
"Incompetent. We stood in line for over an hour with maybe 20 people waiting and then they moved us to a different line that was 3x as long. It was ridiculous the instruction on which line."
"I am so disappointed in delta. They usually are my go to airline but today was the worst. They had one agent servicing a long line for special needs (i had to check my pet in) we waited in line 40 minutes and missed our flight. We tried to make other agents aware of our situation and got shut down super hard before we could open our mouths. The attendant took care of two other people who just went up to her, she walked away from the kiosk twice for a few minutes at a time. There was no other delta agent checking on customers needs. We missed the cut off to get checked in by 5 minutes and the agent gave us all the attitude instead of an ounce of empathy. I cried right in the airport cause I couldn’t believe how badly they treated us after all the money we spend with this company. Needless to say if they don’t do something to make this right I’m going to switch my American Express delta to something else cause I don’t ever wanted to be treated the way I was treated today. Sincerely disappointed and hurt and out of $500 cause of delta."
"Flying Delta First Class. What a waste! No amenities at all. Nothing special. Waste of money. American serves alcohol and food. Do not fly Delta. Terrible!!!"
