We have been providing extraordinary care to our community for the past 52 years and will continue to do so. "It takes FOREVER for someone to answer the phone, then after 30 mins of waiting you have to wait another 10 minutes for them to figure out "the new system" (must be 3 new systems within the past 2 years?). THEN, they call you back a week later to re-schedule, but they can't figure out how to do that. So THEN, you have to get a call back from someone else to reschedule, THEN they have to call you back to tell you, that you have to reschedule AGAIN! Very unprofessional, a doctor lost its patient because the office can't get it together."
