"Kim Smith is the absolute worst! I’ve seen other providers with St. Luke’s for the last 2 years and never experienced anything like today. She refused to give me my B12 injection that I get monthly at my visits. She wouldn’t refill my medication because she only practices “family medicine”. I asked if she could give me a Strep, Flu & Covid test because I’ve been running a fever the last 3 days and feel terrible, she refused, but prescribed me an antibiotic! I’d give ZERO stars if I could!"

"Worst drs office I’ve ever been to, very rude and I’m still waiting after hours for my prescription to be called in 6 hours after my appointment, couldn’t get the office on the phone a hour before they actually closed, will never go to this office again. The Baton Rouge location is my usual office for good reason."
