"Had a very bad experience with TGMC WOUND CARE and Dr Cazayoux’s office. In December 2022 I began wound care with Dr Isabelle as attending physician every 2 weeks paying $125.00 deductible per treatment. Upon arriving for treatment on Jan 27, 2023 and after paying my deductible, I was informed that Dr Isabelle would not be available and would I mind another Dr treating me. At no time was I informed it would be an ob/gyn Dr or that he would be an additional charge. Had I known that I would not have agreed to treatment by him and would have rescheduled my appointment. After receiving a bill several months later, and getting no satisfaction from his office and being turned over to a collection agency for the first time in my 78 years, I have, under protest , decided to pay the extra $30.00 copay. I believe that TGMC bears some responsibility for failure to disclose that additional fees would be incurred."
