"Went in with a pair of earring in the original jewelry box. He took 5 seconds to look at them and say they were silver and they don't take silver. Went to Monroe with same earrings and they verified them to be 14k with diamonds. I have a ideal on why he quickly turned me away but needless to say I won't return to sell or buy. Horrible experience."

"The associate greeted everyone as they walked in, but said nothing to me or my boyfriend the entire time we were there. When we went to look at the guns that were for sell he was literally 1/2 a foot from us(straight across the counter). But completely ignored us, never asked if he could assist, or if we had any question, etc. After waiting 8-10 mins to see if he would acknowledge our presence we decided to leave when he didn't. I wont be back. Went to cash america and got a gun. We were serious about making a purchase, but I wont spend a dime anywhere employees refuse to acknowledge that I'm even there... esp. If I'm standing right in front of them."
