"I felt fortunate to find Dr. Angel after my last Gyno moved. I haven’t had any issues with the front office ladies, nursing, or billing department. As far as Dr. Angel herself, she was GREAT! Honesty that was the most gentle pap I’ve ever received. Dr. Angel is very knowledgeable, and her bed side manner is a true reflection of how kind and caring she is."

"They exhibit absolutely horrible organization of office operations. Our first prenatal appointment lasted almost 4 hours with less than 1 hour of FaceTime with nurses and doctors combined with multiple sessions of recycle because everything wasn’t handled in the proper order. We are currently having the same office organizational issues with our second visit as we were told an ultrasound was required, but instead of fitting us in, we have now waited an hour for the ultrasound and watched people called back who arrived 30-45 minutes after we started waiting. It seems to be a consistent issue with organization and operations."

"I have Dr Smith, he is very professional and great Dr who listens to your concerns, the nurses and complete staff, receptionists, check out clerk, phlebotomist and financial counselor Tiffany have made my previous pregnancy and current one pleasant. I had a very rewarding experience choosing them as the facilty for care."

"Appoinment was at 2. I showed up at 1:45. If your not early your late. Well I sit in the front waiting room for 30 min they call me back and sit me in the waiting room in the back.. I was there for an hour finally get put in a room told to undress from the waist down. I was there frezzing my butt off with nothing but a gown for 45 minutes, no sign of the doctor. I end up walking out and scheduling an appoinment with a completely different doctor at another practice. My doctor was Dr. Smith. I'm not sure if every doctor there has the same wait time seeing that there's 4 doctors in the practice but this is unacceptable."

"My Doctor was Dr. Smith He's not a very compassionate person. I have pain in my groaning area, that sometimes make me want to fall to the floor. Made him aware an he tells me that "I'm always broken" Meaning something is always wrong with me. Due to my hyperthyroidism my hormones have been all over, I asked him to take a look at my hormones by possibly preforming a blood test, he states "for what when I know they will come back okay". Billing office is great here, very long wait times to get to your room. When scheduled for an appt time,Environment is great."
