"Called 2 days in advance to get a passport photo done. One lady told me I couldn't come in the evening because the lady who does it comes in the morning at 7:00 a.m. so I went at 7:00 a.m. and I was told that the machine doesn't work and when I said I was told to come at 7 I was told that it just stopped working the night before. The 2 stars are for each of the ladies that help me the one over the phone and the 1 in the store were polite the situation isjust frustrating."
