"What a group of mean b_tches that work there.No one ever looks up from their screen. No "hello", just "what the hell do you want?". Zero customer service at a time that most people are in some kind of pain and disorder. No offer to help with doctors notes that they require, a prescription for a hand split (that I should've bought on Amazon) wasn't enough. I had to wait 2 weeks until I could return and then they just pulled one off the rack. It's as if they want to screw you over. I hope they get in legal trouble over milking and ripping off the elderly which seems to be their specialty. They are all on commission so if you're not a large facility, don't expect any help. Go anywhere else but here."
"Called about a new CPAP (my paid out of pocket was recalled)after speaking with my insurance to verify I’m covered for a new one after meeting my deductible. The woman on the phone was rude and barked that I am not eligible for a new machine until after 5 years. I explained that my insurance did not pay for the last one as it hadn’t been 5 years at that time so I am eligible and already verified this with my insurance. Said she would check on it. Called and left a nasty message on my VM that SHE was correct and I did not pay for it. I can call them back in February. 1st of all, I did not require that insurance had to pay for it although they would have. She called me a liar without using that word. Secondly, I am eligible. And SHE lost a sale. I stopped in to speak with someone about a new mask. Looked at me like I was some kind of lunatic when I showed her the message I rec’d and then stated that I needed to fill out new documents and a new prescription. My doctor had already submitted a new prescription. I know how this all works. Apparently they don’t. She then told me to call respiratory and schedule an appt. for a mask. I used to think so highly of this company but I will see if I can get my machine elsewhere or continue to use the recalled machine. Johnny was my first encounter years ago and I really liked him but now it’s a bunch of women that must hate their jobs (at least the two I spoke to recently). They do not need to worry about me bothering them again. I will let BCBS know how I was treated. No apology, no customer service skills, and no empathy whatsoever. You’re in the wrong line of business."
"Terrible customer service. I needed a nebulizer machine so that my 8 month old son could have his breathing treatments. As I am getting my son out of the car the lady locks the door because they are having a “meeting”. The lady made eye contact with me as she did it! When did meetings become more important than patient care? Now I have to sit in the parking lot with a sick kid for an hour because this is the only durable medical store on the westbank."
"This company is a joke. They called me 2 months ago to have a wheelchair pad delivered to me for my dad. I still have not received the pad but I would be willing to bet that they have already received the payment from medicare. I called them and I'm put on hold. Their customer rep comes on the phone and takes my information so she can determine what is up with the pad. She puts me back on hold where it sends me to an answering machine asking me to leave a message and they will call me back later. Never did return my call."
"I needed a trapeze after my surgery, Dura Med representative was on time, quick set up, e tremely courteous, and when I was thru with it, they were prompted in picking it up. I had to call and get my bill balance, a sweet lady in billing was so helpful, nice and took care of my billing"
