"My daughter was diagnosised with MS over a year ago and still not on any long term meds. Wouldn't recommend this Dr to anyone. The nurse drags her feet calling in the meds, when insurance denies it they want you to come back in for a visit instead of just calling in another med. She blamed the pharmacy but the pharmacy said they never called them. When you ask him questions for clarification he just blames the MS. Had to Google all my questions cause he answered 0. Had to go thru the process of finding another Dr"

"0 star PLEASE READ I read all the reviews and agree with everyone 0 stars for mr Charles ugokwe . No bed side manner rude ignores us while we r in his office don’t keep up with blood work are anything ..over medicated my 4 year old son had to take him to er he had depakote toxicity . He was falling all over slurring words throwing up ect.... I’m never taking my child to him again an no one should he shouldn’t even be practicing at all . Please people go somewhere else he won’t help u !!!!"

"This doctor might be a brilliant neurologist but he needs to work on bed side manner. My son had 4 seizures in one day, Er called him took for every for him to respond I know he has other patients but ER called about one of his patients. That you just saw less than 3 hrs in that day. Keep I mind my son is 5 and still the next day you feel like you don’t need to see him ! Something is wrong with this picture. The only reason he got 1 star is bc there nothing less than that."

"(Made sure to post on both profiles to save as many people as I can) Deserves absolutely zero stars to match the care he has for his patients. Completely ignored my family for a phone call. Wasn't seen until 1 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment time. Even then he only spent 4 minutes in the room so he could continue a phone call. Even when looking over tests he had the nurse bring him the phone. Complete and utter disrespect, lack of care and attention to actually treating the patient. I feel bad for his staff who probably has to continue to make excuses for him and his ineptness all while angry patients yell at them while he hides in his office. TAKE YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"He told my boyfriend's children their Daddy would be a vegetable 5 years ago after his stroke. Fully functional today and working again. Will never go back to the "nay Sayer" again. Cannot understand him."
