"I have been to the Griffin Family Clinic 6 times in the last 7 months. I have seen Amy Griffin on several occasions; PAs on others. I always found Griffin to be competent and caring; the PAs mediocre at best. But now it saddens me to say that Griffin has not only disappointed me, but put my health at risk. I asked for a prescription to continue an anti-depressant I have been on for several years. I called for a new scrip and was told their system was down and someone would return my call. It is now two days later, and I still do not have a scrip; this despite a fax and repeated promises that a nurse would call me back. It is well-known that one should not cut anti-depressants cold turkey. This is careless at best, cold-hearted and unconcerned without question. I cannot recommend this clinic and I am so sad that I cannot."
