"My mother was a geriatric patient of Dr. Shaver for years until sometime after 2020, and now my mom has recently been diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimers. During her time with Dr. Shaver there was never any extra care other than selling or pushing products for diabetes. My mother's cognitive disorder started to progress and my mom reached out for help but again, Dr. SHAVER suggested that she was nervous and needed to calm down. My mom is now in the severe late stages of dementia and it would of been helpful to know so many years ago that this was happening. Please, I beg. Advocate for the elderly because doctors like this exists. All Dr. SHAVER wanted to do was push medicare products to an elderly patient who could no longer advocate for herself."

"I started seeing Dr. Shaver about 6 months ago. I recently moved an hour away to Louisiana but I still make the drive to see her instead of finding a doctor in my new town. She doesn't rush her patients out like most doctors I've been to. There may be a wait sometimes but that's because she actually takes her time with her patients and listens to everything you have to say and all of your concerns. I feel comfortable and cared for when I see her. Maybe I've just had careless doctors in the past but Dr. Shaver is the best doctor I've been to in my almost 30 years. I highly recommend her. Not to mention the entire staff is friendly, especially the two ladies at the front desk! I have zero complaints about the office as a whole. Highly recommend family doctor!"
