"This is the absolute worst place ever when trying to get prescriptions updated. The techs who answer the phone are terrible. You have to repeat everything multiple times. The nurse called in the incorrect prescription more than once!!!!"
"The employees are professional and friendly. Dr. Jones is very caring and listens. Highly recommend!!"
"They will always put their own convenience ahead of the patients needs. On the surface they appear helpful but this only lasts as long as you are the perfect patient with no problems."
"Dr. Jones is a great doctor and was incredibly supportive, reassuring, and patient with me during my pregnancy. I had switched to her about 3 months into my pregnancy from another doctor. She was better able to keep a close eye on my mental health needs. With my baby, she was very thorough, informative, & quick to act when we needed to have an emergency c-section. I completely credit her with my baby's survival. I had to have near-weekly ultrasounds most of my pregnancy, and all of the staff was very kind. Wait times can be long, depending on the day/time. Communication through the online portal with the nurses is hit or miss. There were many times I had to end up calling because I wouldn't receive a response, & at times was told that the portal message did not go through. Now that I am post-partum, I will say that I am disappointed by the care women receive at this stage. It seems like once you have your baby, your needs do not matter as much. Beyond the routine 6-week appointment, no further support is provided. There is no screening for PPD/PPA. I think the Clinic has a counselor on staff, but no information was ever advertised about this service. And I feel that the Clinic really lacks the proper staff and education in regard to breastfeeding and the health issues that can surround it. After several rounds of mastitis, I was continually provided with an outdated treatment protocol. This is really the only clinic available for women. It just needs more improvements in post-partum care."
"My OB provider and nurses are great. They have an app that you can send them messages if you have a question or sth not urgent. My concerns are always answered in a timely manner. Also love Mary, the lady who performs the ultrasound."
