"We really enjoyed driving through the entire facility. The visitor center is a great place for a pit stop. Proud of LSU for sharing this beautiful research facility with the public. Whether you have time for walking the trails and visiting the museums or just a quick visit driving through the gardens, definitely make this a priority for your time in Baton Rouge."
"A great place to understand the history of Louisiana, slavery, agriculture and how this country is built on the shoulders of slaves. I cannot unsee what I saw in this museum. Make sure you have enough time to see everything and read the text. I appreciate the fact that despite this cruel history, they have a good and clear demonstration of the past. It's bitter but it should be recognized. I need to go back again to learn more. They have a beautiful hiking trail which is mostly shaded. The garden is pretty and I would love to have a picnic there."
"To say that I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, I've never been to this place until last Friday because my nephew had a field trip with his school there. I really didn't get to see all of it, but what I see was very nice. The corn maze was a bit small, I have been to larger ones, but it was nice for the area. I didn't know there was a petting zoo."
