"They never pick up the phone... and when they finally did after weeks of trying, they left me on hold for 10 minutes with no hold music so I don't even know if I was on hold or if she just forgot that I was on the phone. I ended up calling another clinic and they got me in. I went to Dr. Cassiere before and she was cool, but trying to get scheduled again was a pain in the butt. She needs better staff."
