Expert drug testing

"Lady at the Carrollton location very rude, felt rushed in and out, the office is upstairs in a small office room with a half of bathroom in the corner and a small curtain as a door, she literally stands outside the curtain and listening and timing you, which made it uncomfortable to urinate, as she listened and didn’t hear anything she began to ask how is it coming along auntie her I had the urge but it went away she asked if I had anything in my car to drink as they do not provide water or anything I told her I did I reported to my car grabbed my coffee drunk the rest an went to go back an test went back urinated she grabbed the cup from me and told me the temperature was to HOT, i been in healthcare for 10 years every UA requires 4 minute wait before reading upon her hand touching the cup she tells me it’s a temperature but poor it in a small container and it was more left over she hands it to me and tell me pour the rest in toilet no temperature at All to the cup to make her say it’s to hot, I was told my employer will be notified in 24 hours so will see what she notified them with"

"Showed up first thing in the morning to not dilute my drug test sample and they said they didn't open until 11. Even though it says their hours are 8:30-4:30."

"I went here today for my drug and bat for work. Kind of a sketch location, but not many places in new orleans aren't. Not a lot of parking, but the lady was friendly. I will say, do not be looking at your phone when you come back down the stairs! YOU WILL HIT YOUR HEAD SINCE THEY DID NOT BLOCK OFF THE PORTION UNDER THE STAIRS BUT INSTEAD PUT SIGNS UP. WHO IS GOING TO SEE THE SIGNS IF THEY ARE NOT LOOKING UP?"

"This was the worst experience ever. This lady treated me rude from the start. This woman at the desk who did my drug test at the crowder location is the reality of every negative stigma of African Americans. And I am African American. I have seen inmates treated better than she treated me and insulted me by saying my temperature was too low. She then said she would have to watch me urinate. This was not shown in any policy. This place needs to be closed and reported to the better business bureaucracy. Which I will be reporting her to. This is sickening. She even had the nerve to tell me that’s why you ain’t got no job as I left. And I have a professional career. One of many jobs. I will just go to another professional place to do my lab work. This place is so unprofessional, nasty,and negative. Stay away from this place at the crowder location . Any good review of this place is from the owners family and friends."

"This place was the worse experience I’ve ever had. One of the ladies was so unprofessional accusing me of reading a magazine while trying to urinate. She was rude and before I could finish I had to open the door with my pants half way down. The process was disturbing and made me feel like she thought I was a drug user oppose to a person simply just taking s drug test for a job. She followed me afterwards to the door and then slammed it. Totally in disbelief! I call the Carrollton location trying to reach management and and only to learn I was faced with more unprofessionalism. Stay away from the Crowder location. You will regret it!"
