"SINCE THURSDAY 3/28, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY HIGHLY NEEDED MEDS FROM CVS, 1600 ELYSIAN FIELDS, TODAY I CALLED TO GET STATUS AND THE CVS AGENT RUDELY TOLD ME TO CALL MY DOCTOR TO GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION TO SEND TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT HAS ENDED ANY BUSINESS W/CVS 1600 ELYSIAN FIELDS. ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TODAY. THAT RUDE AND CONDESCENDING CVS AGENT SHOULD BE DISCIPLINED. BUYERS BEWARE DON'T SHOP CVS 1600 ELYSIAN FIELDS DUE ELDER ABUSE AND ZERO REGARDS FOR SICK FOLKS LIKE ME."
"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! this location is racist. they claim I cursed an employee out when anyone who has in-store camera access can see ON THE DAY, my mouth never opened other than to request beer out of the cooler before she made me wait no less than 20 minutes (while I stand in the same spot by the beer cooler patiently like a good desirable customer) before she could unlock the cooler. during this time she was having common casual conversation with other customers (what seemed like) to fill her time from accommodating me. after she unlocked the cooler and checked me out(which i still never opened my mouth other than to request my membershipto be applied), she ripped the receipt so so abruptly hard from the printer I was afraid to retrieve the receipt from her hand. they have damaged the relationship with me and my girlfriend due to the harassment she receives when she shops as a neighborhood customer as she/we/I always have. The staff (aside from the manager and the 2 young guys) seems to always be very upset with their inventory stocking responsibilities that every customer at check-out is an inconvenience. no matter how I breathe, I am determined to think they want me out if I breathe wrong. ps. - This is coming from a customer that does not want to post this And willing to remove this Once the behavior changes."
