"Have been using them for 3 years. They overcharge on meds (35 more) So I switched to chewy was going smooth until Low cost denied prescription for my dogs when they are with in at least 2 weeks of needing another heartworm test. Website has no hours of what time they are able to answer the phone and chewy has a hard time getting into contact with them.They have 3 phone numbers with chewy and all the mailboxes are FULL! My package was lost by fedex and chewy won't reship prescription meds without authorization from vet. (totally understand able) The low cost rep I spoke with (britney) Was very rude and snarky saying that only chewy can contact them regarding this matter and they have there hours of operation. I think someone just didn't want to do there job at 4:30 when getting ready to close for the day. I then contacted chewy and they wouldn't answer the phone but left a message. Very unprofessional and surprising that customers are treated this way. Hope that britney is dealt with. Will be switching to a different vet even if its more my dogs need there flea + heartworm meds so they don't get sick and die as it is getting warmer."

"I had my dog micro chipped 3 weeks ago. I was told I would receive an email with the info for the chip. Never got it. I called and finally was able to talk with someone letting them know I never recieved the info. She had told me with holidays that they were running behind. Understandable....but then was told I would have the info in a few hours. Still never recieved anything! Now I have been trying to call them back to let them know once again and it goes to a busy signal after 2 rings! This is extremely annoying! I just would like the microchip info!"
