"I switched agents because I could never get in touch with my last one or anyone at their office. Never answered the phone, emails or texts. I switched only to have the same problem with this office. Somehow every issue I’ve had that I try calling the customer service number for, they tell me I need to speak with my agent. Its funny, their voicemail says they’re either closed or on the phone. Somehow every time I call at different times throughout business hours, they’re on the phone. Get a text back from a receptionist at the office that says “i’ll call you back in a few minutes”. Do you think I got that call back? Three hours after that text (30 mins before they close) I try to call them only to get forwarded to the other voicemail saying “you’re being redirected since you’re calling outside of business hours” Definitely gonna have to do some insurance shopping."
