"My experience with this branch today was a prime example of how understaffed, disorganized, incompetent and careless Walgreens can be. This is one of many branches that alternates between simply not picking up their phone, or routing their phone calls to a call center. The call center staff is (somewhat understandably) even more unable to provide simple answers about prescriptions and accurate pick-up times than the actual store staff. Even when you finally think you've gotten on the same page with the pharmacy, they manage to still not have your prescription ready anywhere near the estimated pick-up time. The pick-up times are quite unreasonable to begin with — most pharmacies around the world manage to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It's difficult to understand what takes hours and hours. The end result is that they can make it near impossible to get medication that you need, no matter how urgent."

"Walgreens is one of if not the biggest chain of pharmacies in this country. I’ve been waiting over a month for a prescription. Transferred my prescription to CVS yesterday and it was available for pick up YESTERDAY ‼️ I’ll never use Walgreens for anything after this. The redundant voicemails from the district manager were comical. You weren’t even trying & gaslighting me all at the same time. Focus on making sure your customers are getting what they need and not what you think is enough to pacify the situation at the moment."
