We took our kids while in NOLA to help teach them about WWII and while they didn't want to stay long, the museum and its thoughtful exhibits did prompt them to ask lots of questions after. Even now, two weeks after our visit, they will ask questions about WWII and aircraft."

"I am not a huge WWII history buff or anything, but found this large museum very interesting, well-curated, and designed. The 4D film is a must-see if you have the time. So much to see, going fairly quickly from room to room (e.g., reading only a few things in each room, & not stopping at the several exhibit films), we barely got through all the exhibits plus the movie in ~4 hours."
