"This was my second try to pick up my rx. Each time there was a long, slow-moving line. Never more than one register open. Additionally, the young woman who was at the register was surly as can be!! She was frowning and nearly mute. She never said hello, how can I help you, thank you, or anything. When I finally was finished at the register, I smiled really big and said “have a great day!” She didn’t even look up but just grunted. Really???? How hard is it to be polite?? If you hate your job that much, find something else!! I don’t think I have EVER had a decent experience in this CVS!!"

"Went here to get the covid-19 vaccine. Said walk-ins are welcome. Get there to find out have to book an appointment online. OK fine. Got the first shot, missed the second one because of hurricane Ida. Scheduled another appointment online & 30 minutes before the appointment time, I was emailed saying appointment was canceled. Come to find out they can't give us the 2nd dose of the vaccine because they no longer accept our insurance...? I'm pretty sure this is illegal. I hope someone reads this that has the pull to hold them accountable."
