"After having to use another pharmacy it just confirmed how much I love this one. They’re all so friendly and helpful."
"Very pleasant place to do any kind of shopping year round! Owners & Employers are very courteous to all customers no matter what their needs are. HAPPY SHOPPING TO ALL!"
"Mula's is a great local pharmacy. They are friendly and helpful and seem to really go the "extra mile" to try to help you. Our entire extended family uses this pharmacy to fill their medications. Mula's also has a great gift shop inside. If you haven't been, you should stop and check it out. Lots of cute kids' items (Melissa & Doug, books, ballet themed items, etc.) and other things... Jewelry, scented gifts, some religious gifts, tumblers, keychains... All sorts of stuff!"
"Mula's Pharmacy in Abbeville, Louisiana constantly does not give your full and complete prescription, Mula's Pharmacy is expensive and Mula's Pharmacy does not accept prescription coupons, Mula's Pharmacy does not keep your medication in stock, you always have to wait days and miss your dosages because Mula's Pharmacy always have to order your medication even if you been filling through them faithfully and loyally and for years, Mark will tell you to go somewhere else if he feels your medication is costing him $27 more per year to keep filling your prescriptions plus Mula's Pharmacy closes too early and no Drive-through pharmacy neither!!! My daughter has been having seizures since 5 years old, we have lived next door to Mula's since 2015 and over the years we have learned that Mark, the owner of Mula's Pharmacy, does not care about patient care at all, nor is Hillary your neighborly pharmacist. My daughter informed Mula's Pharmacy two weeks prior of her upcoming refills because Mula's Pharmacy NEVER keep her medication in stock AND SHE HAS BEEN USING MULA'S PHARMACY FOR YEARS! We did not find out until she was completely out of her seizure medication and went to pick up her medication from Mula's Pharmacy, after she got off of work around 3 pm, that Hillary said they could not get in touch with her doctor for refills and if she wanted the medication she would have to purchase it. NO SEIZURE PATIENT SHOULD EVER BE WITHOUT THEIR MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY COULD DIE! I contacted Mula's Pharmacy before they closed around 4pm pleading with them about how my daughter can't be without her seizure medication and how my daughter already missed her dosage the day before waiting on Mula's Pharmacy, but Hillary stated Mark said they can legally sell us her missed dosages of 6 pills for $140. I informed Hillary we could not afford that at that time and she couldn't care less. I brought my daughter to the Abbeville Urgent Care ( after working all day) and we did not have to wait at all. Our physician was Mr Dustin at Abbeville General Urgent Care, he truly had compassion for our situation and noticed my daughter recently filled that Rx and on her Rx bottle it stated Mula's OWED MY DAUGHTER 42 MORE PILLS, MY DAUGHTER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 90 PILLS BUT MULA'S GAVE HER ONLY 48 OUT OF 90 PILLS AND EXCEPTED HER TO PURCHASE MEDICATION THAT THEY OWED HER!!! Mr Dustin gave my daughter an Rx for her seizure medication, asthma/allergy Rx's too. The only Pharmacy that had the medication my daughter needed was in New Iberia, 30 minutes away. We drove all the way to New Iberia Walgreens on Admiral Doyle and was able to fill my daughter's seizure prescription given by Mr Dustin at Abbeville General Urgent Care. Mark nor Hillary did not care about patient care enough to check their computers and see that my daughter seizure doctor gave her enough medication, Mula's Pharmacy cheated us and our insurance, our insurance paid for a 90 day prescription but we were only given half of our 90 prescription plus Mula's expected us to PURCHASE medication that our insurance ALREADY PAID FOR, BUT MULA'S DIDN'T GIVE MY DAUGHTER HER COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION, my epileptic daughter, lives right next door, been filling with Mula's for years, had to go TWO DAYS WITHOUT HER SEIZURE MEDICATION AND MULA'S OWED HER THE REST OF HER MEDICATION!!! Immediately after Mr Dustin helped us realize Mula's owed my daughter medication and that we shouldn't have to pay for anything, I call Mula's and left messages for their FALSE ADVERTISING "ON-CALL PHARMACIST" NO ONE AT MULA'S PHARMACY HAD ENOUGH INTEGRITY TO CALL ME BACK AS OF YET!!! This is the second time I experienced Mark showing he does not care about patient care, Mula's Pharmacy made it difficult for my 16 year old and 13 year to get their Flu shots with Mula's Pharmacy in Abbeville, Louisiana."
