Walmart Pharmacy

"NEVER use the pharmacist named “cam”!..the rudest pharmacist ever. All she did was get in my wife’s business, refused to fill a script even though her doctor called to say have it filled. My wife received a survey so she filled it out and super crazy “cam” along with her gloves and mask (after cdc says no need to wear them)..decided to call my wife and proceeded to yell and argue with her over her review!..that pharmacist is a special kind of crazy, avoid her at all cost!!!"

"This Pharmacy has become one of the worst experiences ever for customers. The female pharmacist is kind and very informative. However, it is the customer service at the front counter that makes the experience a 1. The young ladies there are very rude and dismissive. They rush you off when you are there, and don't check the medication as requested. Very disappointing because we loved this pharmacy. We even traveled quite a bit for their services."

"I went to get my meds and i didn't see a line. I went up to the pickup window since none of the employees at the main section even looked at me. I talked to a lady who said it would be ready shortly. I stood next to the window for quite some time because i thought that's where I'd pick it up. After they got it ready she told me to go to the main section to check out, which by this time there was a long line that i didn't see gather because i was waiting by the wrong window which she didn't tell me. Thanks for wasting my time and making me look stupid."

"I was told it would take 30 minutes to fill, that was 3 hours ago and still nothing. I won't be coming back again. Edit: I'm raising this from 1 star to 2 stars because I did get my prescription before the event that I needed it for, but only just barely. Additionally, I'm adding a star because of the very friendly, upbeat girl that was working the morning shift. My primary complaint is still the fact that I was originally told 30 minutes and when I went back over an hour later they didn't give me a new estimate. Ultimately, my order was ready ~6 hours after I dropped it off"

"Today's Pharmacist was exceptional. I appreciate it when they take that extra step to make sure you can get the prescription you need even if your insurance doesn't cover it."
