We had called MULTIPLE other pharmacies, none of which had the medication we needed, nor were they helpful in trying to locate a pharmacy that did. "My experience was with a telephone order. I was quoted a price for my prescription and shipping. I provided credit card information for payment. When I received the order, the receipt indicated an amount roughly $10 more than quoted. The higher amount was posted to my credit card. Edit: Thanks to Google Reviews, I was contacted by an administrator with this pharmacy. He reviewed the recorded conversation and credited the difference based on the fact I had been told one price and an amount significantly higher was charged. The entire process required 6 different telephone calls, one of which recorded my credit card information. When I questioned this new concern, an adequate response was avoided. Hmm. There is no doubt that the issue would have been totally disregarded without having posted my experience on Google."
