"Every time I have a prescription to be filled, they NEVER call to let me know it’s in back order. I always find out at the end of that day by calling them or arriving at the facility and being told “they don’t have it”. Never do they say “it’s on back order”. I never know when it’s getting filled. Communication is horrible!! The lady that answers the phone is so rude every time I call. I would recommend any other pharmacy."

"On 6 different occaisions they will not contact you if they don't have your meds in stock. I dropped a prescription off on Tuesday of this week. I came to pick it up on Friday. The medicine is on national backorder. That is not their fault. The fact they didn't call me to tell me in advance where I could find it is. I have been using them for 8 months now every month. And every time I came in to get something filled there was a problem except for twice. there is NO reason to not be in communication with the customer. Especially when we have to depend on the meds just to have a normal life. No appology just "its not our fault it was backordered" It is your fault that the last 3 prescriptions I got you didn't have and never let me know till it was too late. I will never use them again. Also the lady that I sent up to get it said, " Those are the rudest people in St Francisville""

"Getting kids in and out of car seats is a pain in the butt. Had just left a clinic. Had one prescription for two different people. New patients. New users at the pharmacy. When I get to the checkout line I get them all of my information they say they only have one prescription. I have to lug two kids out of the pharmacy back to get the paperwork out of the car and back—just to show them “hey another prescription was submitted.”Bring the kids back into the pharmacy for them to then fill the second prescription. The prescription had been submitted all along, there’s no reason they couldn’t do their job correctly the first time. It’s frustrating for me to tell someone there is another prescription, this is the name it’s under. Be told, no there isn’t. Less than three minutes later “hold on we’re filling that prescription.”"

"I had to call Elliott Pharmacy for a transfer of one of my prescriptions from another pharmacy out of town. The pharmacist was extremely thorough and helpful, and she made the experience quick and painless (often not the case with typical retail pharmacies!!!)! I was able to pick up my script later that evening. Drive through was super convenient! Will be filling my scripts here when I’m in the area."
