"Such a shame that we have an economy where we can’t find good workers. I’m a mother to 4 and work TWO full time jobs. I arrived at 1020 tonight. Jesse the TOOTHLESS WONDER at the front door was so rude it was embarrassing to the other workers. He informed me I had 40 min to shop. Jesse LITTLE DO YOU KNOW as a mother to four kids I only need 15 min maximum to shop. I’m sorry You sir are so miserable and hate your job that Walmart really needs to screen their employees better, as you would be more suitable to be standing at the exit of O’Neal Lane with the other homeless people. The AMAZING TRIO on register 5 were so warm and inviting you deserve a raise from corporate!!! Jesse please do us all a favor - go to the dentist, take a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE, find a new job where you don’t greet the clientele that keeps you employed."

"FRONT END WORKER REFUSED TO LET ME KNOW WHICH CHECKOUT MACHINE TOOK CASH! WHEN I ASKED HER COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHICH MACHINE, SHE SAID SHE DIDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. SHE THE LEFT FROM THE AREA A REFUSED TO ASSIST ME. RUDE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE."

"This Walmart pickup ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Definitely deserves 0 stars My wife ordered online and it was ready 2 days ago. Went to the store and called (because already been here 30 minutes and multiple cars were getting orders ahead of me.) Only to find out that they still had to get a few things. REALLY????? Then why on earth did it says it was ready 2 DAYS AGO?!?!? There are no cold items, so there should be ZERO excuse for being here this long when an order was supposed to be ready 2 days ago!!!! Go shop yourself, it’s WAY faster than waiting for this!"

"I really wish I could give location a zero. My experience at pickup was longer than 30 minutes… granted it was a decent size line but when I went inside the employees refused to let me get my own order stating “it’s unfair to the other customers”…to which my response was “they could come inside as well”…. The answer I was given is “they wouldn’t get their order either” ….interesting response, this location and Cortana has to do better with curbside. I have no issues at any other Walmart with curbside.."

"Walmart phone automated service needs to improve. The service repeatedly said something that I did not request, and finally, it sent my call to the pharmacy Department when I was simply asking about their return policy."
