The pharmacist and pharmacist technician are never too busy to answer questions concerning my many medications and are always friendly. "Worst pharmacy! I love to support small business but literally every experience with this pharmacy has been terrible. They routinely lose my prescription, fail to call me when it's out of stock, open late, and keep me on hold for ridiculous periods of time whenever I've had to call to follow up on things. With this type of service you may as well go to one of the big box pharmacies - they are slow too but at least they have my stuff in stock and call me whenever its filled or there's an issue! I do not understand how they have not gone out of business due to such poor management."

All he needed to do was simply call his doctor for clarification on our address. We wanted to support a local business but will be taking our business elsewhere."

"They gave me the wrong Covid vaccine! My wife and I made a reservation for a Moderna booster. When we entered we gave our names and the lady said, "Moderna, right?". I confirmed, and she asked to see our cards. She noted that we got Johnson & Johnson the first time. Ten minutes later a man gave me a shot and returned my card which indicated I got Johnson & Johnson for my booster. I confronted the lady in the front and she was clearly embarrassed and apologized. They were able to change my wife's booster to Moderna before administering it. I realize mistakes happen in life, but this shouldn't be happening in a pharmacy!!!"
