"After being a customer of this pharmacy for almost 10 years- I could not be more disappointed, or disgusted by the owner and pharmacist Mr. Dry. Mr. Dry has no respect for customers, and speaks to people with transparent, hatred and bigotry. If you ask this man a question he does not know the answer to, or raise a concern to him- he will advise you to go to a different pharmacy. The way this pharmacy represents themselves as a “small town pharmacy “-“reminiscent of a bygone era “on their website is Absolutely FALSE. You will be treated poorly by the staff, and even WORSE by the pharmacist himself- should you have a question or concern for him… This is an awful pharmacy, and I recommend using any other pharmacy in Zachary, except this one! Further more- They DO NOT CHECK FOR IDENTIFICATION FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES! Even when you request they ask for ID – this pharmacy will just hand your prescription out to whomever claims to be you!! Unacceptable and unprofessional! Go anywhere but here."

"We used to fill with them all the time until they stopped taking Tricare. There’s really only one group of individuals who use Tricare- military families… so I guess Dry’s Pharmacy doesn’t support military families. They were also the only pharmacy that wasn’t back ordered on Hycets today and since it was an emergency (our child just had surgery) we had to fill with the prescription there, but since they don’t take Tricare anymore, it costed us $125 out of pocket. This should be considered a form of price gouging since we’re in the middle of a nationwide drug shortage."
